By Car

From Nottingham: Ring Road (A52) then onto the A60 Nottingham - Loughborough. Enter the village via Kirk Lane and follow the brown signs. There is a free car park opposite the museum, adjacent to the Co-op store, and free 2 hours on-street parking in the village. The postcode for SatNav users is NG11 6HD.

By Bus

From Nottingham: Nottingham City Transport No. 10 and No. 3 both offer a frequent service to Ruddington. NCT No. 10 buses stop on Parliament Street (Victoria Centre), Beastmarket Hill (Market Square), or Collin Street (Broadmarsh Centre) en route to Ruddington. NCT No. 3 offers a quicker journey time, but has more limited pick up points in Nottingham city centre - Beastmarket Hill (Market Square), or Collin Street (Broadmarsh Centre). Both buses pick up from stops on Carrington Street, outside the station. When you arrive at Ruddington alight either on the High Street, outside the Framebreakers pub, or on The Green. Both stops are a short distance from the Museum.

By Tram and Bus

Adventurous visitors can take the tram from Nottingham and alight at Wilford Industrial Estate, where you need to transfer onto a Nottingham City Transport No 3 bus to Ruddington.

By Rail

Nottingham is the nearest railway station. Both the No. 10 and No 3 stop on Carrington Street, about 100 yards from the station. The bus journey to Ruddington takes around 25 minutes
